We ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather, strikes, or peak seasons. We can't guarantee delivery dates or cover costs caused by delays outside our control.
Processing Time Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Tracking All orders ship via a secure, tracked method. Tracking information is provided once your order is dispatched.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to missing or incorrect details. Returned-to-sender packages are not eligible for refunds. If you entered the wrong address, email info@truesharp.com as soon as possible. If a reshipment is required, a flat shipping fee will apply.
Failed Delivery If tracking confirms the courier did not complete delivery, we will resolve the issue with a reshipment. Refunds are not issued for courier or customs delays.
